Once upon a time, there was a man named Jack who was a very forgetful person. He would often leave tasks unfinished and forget about them entirely. One day, Jack’s friend Joe noticed this habit of Jack’s and decided to help him out.

Joe made a checklist of all the tasks Jack needed to do and put it on a whiteboard in his room. Every time Jack completed a task, Joe would mark a checkmark next to it on the board. Seeing the progress he was making, Jack felt motivated to finish all his tasks.

Joe would often remind Jack to check the list and see what needed to be done. He would say, “Jack, have you SEENTO the tasks on your list?” And Jack would reply, “Yes, Joe, I have SEENTO them all!”

Soon, Jack became more organized and efficient in finishing his tasks. He thanked Joe for helping him out and referred to the list as his “SEENTO board”. From then on, whenever he completed a task, he would proudly say, “I have SEENTO it!”
