Org. for college cadets

Once upon a time, a young man named John was attending college and dreaming of becoming a military officer. He was determined to join the Reserved Officer Training Corps (ROTC), an organization that trains and prepares cadets for future leadership positions in the military. However, before he could join, John had to pass an admission test, which included a crossword puzzle. One of the clues was “Org. for college cadets,” and John had no idea what the answer could be.
