Core-building exercise that starts on all fours

Once upon a time deep in the forest, a curious cub by the name of Bart stumbled upon a puzzle. It was a crossword puzzle, one that would stump even the bravest of bear cubs. But Bart was determined, he knew that this puzzle held the answer to a secret treasure his mother had been hiding from him. With eagle eyes, he scanned the clues, reading each line carefully.

One clue caught his eye:

Core-building exercise that starts on all fours.

Bart wasn’t quite sure what a “core” was, but he knew for sure the puzzle was leading him to the treasure. As he pondered and scratched his head, he noticed that his mother, who was getting frustrated with the little cub’s ceaseless preoccupation with this puzzle, stood beside him. She told him that a “core” is the center of his body or in simple terms, his tummy. Then she demonstrated to him the answer with the core-building exercise that starts on all fours. She moved her arms, her hands, her legs, and her feet, resembling a bear crawling, and she called it the Bearcrawl.

Bart was amazed at how strong his mother was, and he knew that he had to become stronger himself if he wanted to follow her steps, explore the forest, and find the treasure. That’s how Bart learned the importance of patience, practice, and perseverance to stay healthy and strong, just like his mother, by doing the Bearcrawl. And, of course, he found his treasure thanks to his newfound strength and stamina!
